Eat Your Vegetables ... Try assorted, Italian blend


2 Tbs. butter


1/4 cup minced, dry onion


1Tsp. Salt


16 oz. bag frozen veggies


Add butter to medium size skillet. Brown butter and add onions. Sauté until golden brown.


Add vegetables. Turn to coat with onions. Cover and sear until veggies get crispy. Takes about 7 to 8 minutes. Add salt and serve.


Option: Add 1/4 cup of vegetable broth while veggie are cooking. This gives it a little more punch.
