TWO-MINUTE MEAL



Tortilla Crisps


1 medium size nonstick skillet


1 medium Tortilla


1 Tbs. butter


1/2 cup shredded cheese


Instructions: Add butter to skillet. Brown, add tortilla, and cook for about 20 seconds. Add cheese to the center, fold over the tortilla to cover cheese, and turn. Both side should be golden brown. Remove carefully from the pan, set aside. Let cool for about two minutes, and chow down. This recipe shouts “I am hungry, and I want to eat now.”
